The village itself is a thriving hub of activity, boasting a main street filled with elegant hotels, restaurants, bistros and inns which will keep you nicely fed and watered throughout your stay.

If you like a little retail therapy, the village also has a large number of specialist outdoor clothing and equipment outlets, alongside a multitude of local craft and gift shops.

Betws-y-coed also hosts the Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, which is well worth a visit just off the main street.
